2026 Prayer & Fasting

Participate in Ignite Ministries’ 21-Day Daniel Prayer and Fasting from February 1-12, 2026,
a time of spiritual growth, repentance, and trusting in God’s presence.
This journey combines daily prayer, scripture reflection, and a nourishing plant-based diet. 

 Ignite Ministries' 2026 21-Days Daniel Prayer and Fasting

Schedule: February 1- 21, 2026- we will end the fast together at the dinner church gathering from 4pm-6pm.

Prayer Times: At least 3 times a day -  Group Prayer will be available at 6am, Noon, and 7pm CST

Focus: Freedom Fast! Luke 4:18-19

Our focus this year is breaking the strongholds of sin in our life. Praying to eliminate the familiar patterns in our life that hold us hostage. Intentional desire to spend time in God’s Presence! Repentance and forgiveness for self and others! Declare the promises of God over your life. Declare by faith the gifts, business, new life-giving choices in 2026 with our mind, heart, body, and life!!!

  • Genesis 1:30          Making better life-giving food choices.
  • Matthew 6:25-34  Breaking the Root of stress
  • Luke 4:18               Walking in my promise of freedom- releasing your past
  • Luke 4:31-44          Walking in the authority given by Christ Jesus to receive healing and deliverance.
 
Walking in His Garden: Spending Quality time with God by discovery house is recommended not required to help focus your prayer time.

Water with lemon throughout the day or 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar diluted with 8 oz of water once in the morning help to curve hunger cravings
The menu may include:
  • Fresh fruit (not frozen, dried or canned)
  • Fresh vegetables (not frozen, dried or canned)
  • Home made soup- no canned or store purchased
  • Plant-based alternatives.
  • Proteins from plant-based (mushrooms, soy and beans only
  • All seeds and nuts
  • Drink LOTS OF WATER, you can have juiced fruit, no water enhancers.
  • You can have real squeeze fruit or vegetables juices – do not have them together
  • You can have plant-based milk substitute.

Eat 2 solid meals- there should be 7 hours fasting between meals- meals allow you to take medication, if applicable- No snacking throughout the day, no sugars, dairy, caffeine or processed foods.
